Sensory Play ships via Australia Post for all of our deliveries as they have proven to be the most reliable and cost effective solution for our customers.

 

 

Tracking Info

You will receive a notification of your tracking number when your order is shipped and can use this to track the progress of your order. If you have not received your order within the estimated time frame, please contact Australia Post directly via the link so they can investigate for you.

 

Handling Times

Typically we will ship your items the same business day, with a maximum of 1-2 weekdays handling to allow for any delays.

Please note, selecting Express Post does not guarantee that your item will be sent out any faster. This only speeds up the delivery time with Australia Post and not the handling time. We do aim to prioritise Express Post orders and try and get these out on the same day when possible.

 

Cut Off Times

Orders placed and / or paid 12pm, in most cases, be sent out the same day. Otherwise it will be sent the next business day. If you require an item urgently, please contact us and we will try to accomodate your request.

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times may differ depending on the location we are shipping to. Below are Australia Posts standard shipping times:

Regular Post - 2-9 Business Days

Express Post - 1-3 Business Days

Click and Collect

We offer Click and Collect for orders located in Karratha, WA. Orders placed before 12pm, will be available for collection on the same day the order is placed. For orders placed after 12pm, your order will be available for collection on the following business day. 
We will notify you via email and/or text message when your order is ready for collection.
